GOZZO is an e-commerce service company based in Kerala, offering a seamless shopping experience with a variety of products.

You can create an account via the Sign-Up page by providing your email, name, and password. After signing up, verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. Once verified, you can log in.

Click on the verification link sent to your email. After verifying, go back to the Sign-Up page and click the Verify button to proceed.

You can update your profile details except for your email address via Navigation → Account Settings → Update Profile.

You can log out or delete your account via Navigation → Account Settings. Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Payments can be made via Razorpay while purchasing products.

If payment fails without deduction, you can retry. If the amount is deducted but payment failed, raise a query via Navigation → Customer Support (Our chatbot will assist you).

No, we do not offer replacements or returns.

Refunds are only available for orders made via online payment and canceled within 24 hours. Platform fees are non-refundable.

You can access the Terms and Conditions via Navigation → Terms and Conditions.

You can verify your account via the login page. If your account is not verified, you will receive an alert upon clicking the login button. You will also see a "Resend Verification Link" option to get a new verification email.
