GOZZO is an online marketplace specializing in the sale of decorative products, including but not limited to vases, home decor items, gardening essentials, and related accessories. Our platform provides users with the ability to browse, purchase, and receive products through our designated delivery services.

Account Registration

To enhance user experience and provide seamless access to our services, GOZZO requires users to create an account for authentication and order tracking. We utilize Google Firebase for authentication and database management, ensuring secure access to our platform.

By registering an account on GOZZO, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.You must be at least 18 years old to continue using GOZZO

Data Usage

  • Privacy Commitment: We do not sell, share, or distribute user data to third parties. Your personal information is solely used to enhance our business operations and improve platform functionality.
  • Internal Use Only: User data is processed and stored within Google Firebase and utilized within the browser’s frontend for an improved user experience, such as autofill functionalities, personalized recommendations, and account-related operations.
  • Security Measures: While we take reasonable steps to protect user data, you acknowledge that no online platform is completely immune to security risks. You are advised to use strong passwords and update your credentials periodically.

Data Loss

  • Liability Disclaimer: In the event of data loss, service interruptions, or any other technical failure related to Firebase or other third-party services we use, GOZZO shall not be held liable.
  • Third-Party Reliance: As we rely on Google Firebase for authentication and database management, any data-related issues beyond our control shall be subject to Google Firebase’s own terms and policies.
  • User Responsibility: You are encouraged to maintain backups of any essential information related to your orders, purchases, or account details.

By creating an account on GOZZO, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding data usage and potential risks associated with third-party service providers.

Products & Pricing

GOZZO is an independently operated e-commerce platform offering a wide range of decorative products, including vases, home decor items, and gardening essentials. While we do not directly manufacture all products, we carefully source and manage our inventory to ensure quality and reliability.

Product Ownership & Quality

  • Non-Manufacturer Disclaimer: While we curate and sell products under our brand, we do not manufacture all items ourselves. We work with trusted suppliers and distributors to maintain product quality.
  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur due to production differences and display settings. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
  • No Warranty or Guarantee: Unless explicitly stated, our products do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Pricing & Modifications

  • Market-Competitive Pricing: Our product prices are set based on current market trends, supplier costs, and operational expenses.
  • Right to Modify Prices: We reserve the right to update product prices, platform fees, and delivery charges at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

Fees & Charges

  • Platform Fee: A fixed platform fee of ₹3 is charged on each order to support operational and technical maintenance.
  • Delivery & Packaging Fee: A delivery charge of ₹40 applies to all orders to cover packaging and seamless delivery.
  • Additional Charges: Any applicable taxes, service fees, or government levies will be clearly displayed during checkout.

No Returns, Replacements, or Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Product Issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or minor variations in product appearance.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Refund Eligibility: If a canceled order was paid for using an online payment method, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within the standard processing time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Canceled COD orders do not require any refund processing.

By purchasing from GOZZO, you acknowledge and accept our pricing policies, fees, and the strict no-return/no-replacement policy. If you choose to cancel an order, you must do so within the allowed timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Orders & Payments

At GOZZO, we offer a seamless ordering and payment experience for our customers. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the following terms regarding order processing, payments, cancellations, and liabilities.

Order Processing & Payment Methods

  • Payment Gateway: Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay using our integrated API. Customers can use any payment method supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed (for online payments) or once the order is placed with the COD option.

Payment-Related Issues

  • Third-Party Payment Responsibility: Payments made through Razorpay are processed by a third-party payment provider. While we facilitate transactions, we are not responsible for payment processing errors, failed transactions, double payments, or unauthorized deductions.
  • Assistance in Payment Disputes: In case of any payment-related issues, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in retrieving their funds through Razorpay's dispute resolution process.
  • Chatbot Support: For quick resolution of payment issues, customers can use our chatbot support, available in the navigation menu.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If an online payment was made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within the standard processing timeframe. COD orders do not require refund processing.
  • Post-24-Hour Order Clarifications: If a customer no longer wants the product after the 24-hour cancellation window, they must clarify their request in the ‘My Orders’ section as per the instructions provided.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 days, but this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery period.
  • Delays & Unforeseen Issues: Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including logistical challenges, weather conditions, and operational delays.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Third-Party Payment Handling: As payments are processed through Razorpay, GOZZO is not liable for payment disputes, unauthorized deductions, chargebacks, or transaction failures.
  • Order Fulfillment & Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for any delays caused by external factors, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • No Liability for Disputes: In case of any payment dispute, incorrect deductions, or technical issues with the payment gateway, the customer must directly contact Razorpay or their bank/payment provider.

By placing an order on GOZZO, you acknowledge and agree to our payment policies, cancellation terms, and liability disclaimers. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders and payments before proceeding.

Shipping & Delivery

GOZZO operates as a localized e-commerce platform within Kannur District, ensuring efficient product handling and timely deliveries. Unlike traditional e-commerce platforms, we do not engage in long-distance shipping; instead, we retrieve products from our Kannur-based storage facility and facilitate delivery through local courier services or self-delivery methods.

Shipping Policy

  • No Traditional Shipping: We do not provide shipping services outside our designated delivery areas. Our operations are mainly limited to whole of Kerala, and products are dispatched directly from our local godown.
  • Direct Dispatch Model: Orders are processed at our storage facility and delivered directly to customers via local courier services or our own delivery network.
  • Availability of Delivery: Customers must verify whether delivery is available for their location before placing an order.

Delivery Process & Timeline

  • Standard Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery period.
  • Factors Affecting Delivery: Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, high order volumes, or operational issues may impact delivery times.
  • Order Tracking: Customers can track their order status in the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

Delivery Charges & Responsibility

  • Delivery Fee: A fixed delivery charge of ₹40 applies to all orders to cover logistical and packaging costs.
  • Platform Fee: A nominal platform fee of ₹3 is applied to support operational costs and service maintenance.
  • Delivery Responsibility: While we ensure smooth delivery operations, once an order has been handed over to a courier service or a self-delivery agent, GOZZO is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or loss of products.

Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt of Orders

  • Delayed Delivery: If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, customers should contact our support team via chatbot or the provided customer service channels.
  • Failed Deliveries: If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept, or unavailability of the customer, it may be canceled without refund.
  • Damaged Products on Delivery: Customers must inspect their products upon delivery. If an item is received in a damaged condition, the issue must be reported immediately.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • No Liability for Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Self-Delivery Risks: In cases where self-delivery is arranged, customers acknowledge that GOZZO is not liable for issues arising during transit.
  • Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery and platform fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

At GOZZO, we prioritize transparency in our policies regarding returns, refunds, and replacements. By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Returns or Replacements

  • No Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
  • No Replacement Policy: We do not offer product replacements under any circumstances. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Canceled Orders: Refunds are only applicable if the customer cancels their order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Online Payment Refunds: If a canceled order was paid via an online payment method, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source within the standard banking period.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Beyond the 24-hour cancellation window, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Reporting Damaged Items: Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately.
  • Resolution Process: While we do not provide replacements, we will assess complaints regarding significant product damage and determine the appropriate course of action at our discretion.

  • Final Sale Policy: All purchases on GOZZO are considered final. Customers acknowledge that they will not be entitled to returns, replacements, or refunds outside the stated cancellation policy.

Any risks associated with the use of our platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures, are solely borne by the user. For enhanced usability, GOZZO may utilize authenticated user data on the frontend to provide a seamless experience. This data is strictly used for functional purposes and is not exploited for any commercial, marketing, or third-party integrations. We take all reasonable steps to protect user data, but by using our platform, users agree that GOZZO holds no legal or financial responsibility for any data-related issues beyond our control.
